These terms govern your use of Ownli. By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Ownli provides creator storefront tools: product hosting, checkout, email automation, AI-generated SEO pages, and analytics. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your credentials secure and give us accurate information. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Ownli.

3. Your content & products

You own everything you sell and publish through Ownli. You grant us the limited license needed to host and display it. You're responsible for having the rights to what you sell and for complying with applicable laws, including consumer-protection and tax obligations.

4. Fees & payments

Ownli charges a flat monthly subscription and takes 0% of your sales. Payment processing fees from providers (e.g. card networks) are separate and set by those providers. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Ownli for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful — including selling prohibited goods, infringing others' rights, or sending spam. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Disclaimers

Ownli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, specific sales results, or search-engine rankings.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ownli is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes & contact
